Artlist AI Tools is its generation workspace for video, image, voiceover, music and 3D. The video model menu listed more than 50 entries on the check date, from Seedance 2.5, 2.0 and 2.0 Mini, Kling 4.0 and 3.0, Veo 3.1 and Gemini Omni to Wan, MiniMax H3, Hailuo, LTX, Luma Ray and Grok Imagine, plus avatar, lip-sync, dubbing and video upscaling models.

You can pick the model and settings yourself, or use the Artlist AI Agent, a chat mode that chooses models and settings for you; Auto-Prompt expands a short idea into a full prompt. Every model runs on the same monthly credits, and on yearly AI Core and AI Pro plans a toggle switches supported models to Unlimited.

Artlist runs Seedance 2.5 at 480p, 720p and 1080p, the last with native 10-bit color. Clips run 4 to 30 seconds, or Smart Duration picks a cut between 4 and 15 seconds, with up to 30 images, 10 videos and 10 audio files as references, dialogue in eleven languages, multi-shot prompts, time-boxed edits, extension in both directions and first and last frames.

Draft Mode makes a fast 480p preview that you can then render at 1080p. The Help Center prices Seedance 2.5 at 300, 600 and 1,000 credits per second at 480p, 720p and 1080p, so a 10-second 1080p clip is 10,000 of AI Starter’s 16,500 monthly credits; the model page advertised 25% off 1080p on the check date. Seedance 2.5 is not on any plan’s Unlimited list.

Artlist Studio is pitched as an AI production platform rather than a single generator. You cast characters by age, look and mood or from a ready-made library, describe locations with lighting and time of day, frame each scene with lens and camera angle, and then direct action, dialogue and pacing shot by shot.

Prompt tags let you define a character or location once and reuse it, character and location capture pulls them from generated images, and frame-to-shot generation extends a scene from a chosen frame. Studio is included on every AI plan, and a free account gets 2,000 credits to use only in Studio.

Flows is Artlist’s node-based canvas: you connect generation steps, run them together and save the workflow to reuse. Templates on the check date included Multi-Model Video, which runs one prompt through several video models to compare, Camera Angles, Character Sheet, Product to UGC, UGC Product Sequence and Product Visualization.

Flows is included on every AI plan. Artlist also offers an MCP server so tools such as Claude can call its models, and plugins for editing software; MCP usage always spends credits, even on Unlimited plans.

Artlist’s Presets are ready-made AI effects grouped into Viral, Editing Tools, Camera Movement, Product, Social and Typography, plus seasonal sets such as Halloween. Examples include Freeze and Rewind, UGC Product Ad from up to 30 references, Seedance 2.5 Director for 30-second clips from up to 30 references, Smart Resize and Extend Video, which adds up to 15 seconds.

Each preset runs a model behind the scenes and spends credits like any other generation; a few are tagged Free. They suit quick social and product content more than precise direction.

Artlist says its catalog holds over 900,000 royalty-free assets, including music and stems, sound effects, stock footage, video templates and LUTs, with exclusive tracks added daily. Using them in published work needs a stock plan such as Music & SFX or Max; AI-only plans and free accounts get watermarked previews.

On the AI side, the voice tools cover text to speech up to 5,000 characters per generation, voice cloning and speech to speech, and the music generator makes tracks from a prompt or an image. Artlist says AI outputs come with full rights for commercial use under its License and Terms, and that prompts, uploads and outputs are never used to train AI models.
